Financial Information:

At Cuivre Creek Pediatric Dentistry, we don’t believe that finances or insurance should dictate the best treatment options for your child. Dr. Casey will always offer the best options available, while being considerate of individual financial situations.

Prior to your first visit, we will request any dental insurance information that you participate in. At this time, we are in-network providers for all Delta Dental plans, although many other plans pay very well for out-of-network dentists. We will happily submit dental insurance claims and help you understand your plan on your behalf. Any services not covered by your dental insurance will be due at the time of service.

After the initial visit, if further treatment is required, we will submit the treatment plan to your insurance company, which will provide us with any estimated out-of-pocket expenses. This helps prevent any surprises, and this amount will be collected at the beginning of the next appointment. If financial considerations become an issue, Dr. Casey often has options “B, C, and D,” which can be discussed as well.

We understand that dental treatment can be expensive and confusing, but it doesn’t need to be. If you have question, please call us and we will be happy to help you with your needs!

In addition to Delta Dental, we are happy to accept new pediatric patients with Medicaid/State insurance such as United Healthcare, Healthy Blue, and Home State Health. All children are welcome in this office!

We also offer a cash discount for patients without insurance, as well as an in-office membership plan that gives discounts on routine dental work.
